Our priority is to ensure that every client receives the precise care and guidance they require, empowering them to thrive and become integral members of the Allies of Care family.
  • Can I change my support worker if I am not satisfied?
    Certainly. Ensuring client satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to finding the perfect match. If you believe your current position isn't the ideal fit, we're here to work with you in locating a better-suited partnership within Allies of Care.
  • What makes Allies of Care different from other providers?
    We prioritise nurturing and refining life skills through expert mentorship, aiming to empower participants to thrive and excel. Furthermore, each client will commence their journey with Allies of Care by undergoing a nursing assessment and will have continual access to nursing support.
  • Do you provide support for social activities?
    Yes, at Allies of Care, our services involves aiding clients in community engagement, fostering social participation, and pursuing their hobbies and interests.
  • What are your fees?
    Allies of Care services welcome participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) who are either plan managed or self-managed. Our fees are charged in accordance with NDIS guidelines.
  • How are support workers matched with clients?
    Support workers are carefully paired with clients considering their unique needs, preferences, and compatibility. Additionally, we facilitate client feedback processes. Before support commences, you will have the opportunity to meet and greet potential support workers.
  • How do I report concerns or provide feedback about my support services?
